PCT Tester

Our PCT And HAST TEST are all finished in their inspection instruments
One test is Pressure cooker Test (PCT):
-PCT TEST is used to test the magnets with Coating.
Test condition :
 121C and 95% RH and 2 atmos pressure, test for 24 hours,example.Nickel coating
Test Standard/Criterion:
Coating does not Get off, there are no air bubbles or dots Appear
The second test is Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST
HAST TEST is used to test the un-coated magnets,to check the weight loss of magnets at the following test condition.
Test Condition:
132C and 95%-100% RH and 3 Atmos Pressure,Test for 7 Days.
The following is some weight loss datas of our magnets,which we tested for other customers in the past
